Loan front due paid through mobikwik zaakpay but not loan front recieved

Iam taken loan from loan front .iam.paid 9143.98 rupees on 25 august 2019 morning 6.50 am through mobikwik through my syndicate bank net banking. But the gate way is shows awaited.almost 18 days completed but not amount transfer to loan front account.they will charge me over due penalty charges. Iam called to ccavenue customer service those people told me ur payment successfully completed through zaakpay. What can I do .ur customer service numbers are also not connected. Please solve my problem as early as possible
