Zaakpay.com — regarding refund amount from irctc | |||
I booked my ticket by online but transaction got failed due to some technical reasons. Amount has been refunded from irctc with transaction id [protected] but did not get credited to account. Please look into the matter kindly. The payment was made from irctc through a payment gateway named as zaakpay pg through account of axis bank. Till this time i didnt recieve an confirmations through axis bank of having any money credited to m account. It all happened when i booked a tatkal ticket in all sdah express (12988) from jaipur station (Jp) to deen dayal upadhyay (Ddu) station on date 30th december, 2018 for the journey on date 31st december, 2018. The transaction failed due to no seats available, so the transaction dropped. The solution is i want my money as soon as possible in my acoount. Was this information helpful? | |||
