Zaakpay.com — sagepay payment not refunded back against ticket cancellation.

I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 25 feb 2018 but ticket cancelled due to waiting list cancellation. I have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik. Irctc says payment refunded on 28 feb 218 in zaakpay pg not send refunded moneyin my bank. Plz resolve this.
