[Resolved] Zaakpay.com — successful transaction, yet zaakpay is denying the payment | |||||
On 16/03/18, i made a payment to one assist (An insurance company) through the service of zaakpay.com/instamojo as a third party vendor. I got a receipt for the successful transaction. But instamojo/zaakpay.com is denying the payment. I am attaching the screenshot of my account statement from which i made the payment. It is clear that i made a successful payment on 16/03/18. After that, as of now, i haven't received any refund (Cause the third-party vendor is saying that payment was a failure) and it is clearly visible in my account statement that it was a successful transaction and there are no refunds as such I have also attached the receipt that was generated when i made the payment. In spite of providing all the necessary proof, one assist and zaakpay.com/instamojo is still accusing me of failed payment. Due to this glitch, one assist is not returning my smartphone (Which i had given to them for repair as it was insured by them). I have waited and stressed myself a lot in this claim procedure. Kindly end this dispute. As i am presenting my balance sheet, kindly ask the same from zaakpay.com/instamojo. I have already paid the amount of 345. There is nothing to gain from this meager amount when compared to my rs 14999 mobile phone. Kindly ask for documents from Zaakpay.com/instamojo, it will save all the time for us Here are the bank details to which i made the payment. These are present in the receipt.
