I have booked my tickets for native but due to change in plans i had canceled my tickets but havent received any refunds yet Image attached. Even have received a mail via irctc wrt zaakpay Kindly refund the amount already waited for almost a week for refund. I have cancelled four rly tickets which was purchased through your getway vide my BOI credit card but unfortunately the amout is not credited till date. Tickets were cancelled on 20th Apr. Transactions history screen shots attached for your ref, Please do the needful.
