Zaakpay.com — ticket cancelled from irctc but money is not refunded

Sir,
I cancelled ticket from IRCTC and the money is also refunded from IRCTC said by the customer care when I contacted him but the money Doesn't reflects in my SBI account... Sir I have booked two tickets of which one of them I cancelled and the money is also refunded but it is not reflecting in my SBI acocount...I'm attaching the screen shot of the ticket I cancelled...The total amount to be refunded is Rs. 215
