Zaakpay.com — refund not availed till now Hi, A irctc ticket has been cancelled by them on '02 may 2018' due to seat unavailability, and the irctc has also refunded back the refund amount through `zaakpay pg`. The payment was made by me to book the tickets was through hdfc debit card which means i will be getting refunded on the same. But it has been a while i didn't receive back by money. S.
