I booked train on date 11 April 2109 . Due to network problem amount deducted but ticket not booked of Rs2145.49

Till now money not refunded, i used ATM no. As mode of payment from option of zaakpay
please refund back my amount as soon as possible

Booked a ticket in irctc.co.in on 6th April 2019 and it got canceled because of premium titakl ticket full, now irctc status says amount refunded, but its not refunded till now. could you please help on this.
