Zaakpay.com — yet to credit the refund

I have cancelled my railway tickets on 20 march 2020 and irctc showing the status cancelled and refunded. But the refunded money is not credited in my account by which i have payed.
Here i am mentioning the transaction ids and refund ids respectively.

Updated by aasanju I have gotten one amt today. But two are left. Thanks to credit one amt of rs 1430. Please proceed for others .
