Zaakpay.com — zaakpay.com irctc failed transaction refund not received to my bank a/c | |||
I had tried booked rly. Takal tickets using irctc portal on 21st dec 2017. The transactions failed twice and in the irctc portal refund status tracker, the refund amount seems to be sent to zkpy with refund status as refunded. But the cash not receved in my bank a/c.
