Only a few consultancies in Kolkata excel in placing top-level positions, while others tend more towards entry-level positions. Based on your experience, skill set, and industry, determine how much is a reasonable amount for you to make. You can look online to compare average salaries in your field. This will help you to narrow down the search and will clarify whether or not they are able to help you.

They have cheated me for the last 5 months. I joined paying a fee of Rs.4, 100/- and there after, though promised 2-3 interviews a week they never did so. I made several visits to their office but all in vain. I personally believe they do not have any proper client base and will send you to all the incorrect places which has no relevance to your profile. My earnest suggestion ...just stay away.

Based on the analyzing with other consulting firm in Kolkata, Zabava is the most reasonable towards registration charge. They also do not charge any amount from salary after getting job which is really good.
Zabava has very limited links with top companies and the job leads they provide may be out of context or out of your profile match. Naukri.com is far far far better than paying Zabava for nothing. Dont fall into the trap. They generally provide entry level jobs that too limited to few industry types. Not at all good for Experienced professionals.
They have negligible tie ups with IT companies. Hence if you are looking for a job in IT sector, stay away from Zabava

You are absolutely right. For senior positions they hardly have contact. They promised for Senior Ops Manager but somehow arranged for one interview call within first 5 months and that to next round is still pending. Moreover they don't respond properly but very fast to complete the registration process. I should refer not to do registration with this consultancy. My experience is pathetic.

Zabava is one the unprofessional company and more than people working there is more unprofessional (whom I interacted). Please do not register with them, as they are fake and few companies such as CIS, Starline and Infinikey Group. Once registration is done they don't even answer call or reply messages.

I would suggest don't enroll. They have limited connect for hierarchy level. Just worthless service. They offered me with so many things now don't respond to my call, they are cheater and will update you with irrelevant profile at their portal. I am Ops guy, they send me HR/ IT profile and that for executive level where I was working as Ops Manager.

It's not possible you got positive feed backs. It is a fake company, I suffered for 5 months with all nonsense irrelevant interview calls.
Got placed in a leading Pvt. ltd IT company in kolkata for the post of Project Delevery Manager as per my requirements. Though they delayed a bit with the process but finally they provides the job.
Zabava has help me a lot in my career. They have guided me in every possible way so that I can get a good job & have a stable career. Thanks a lot Zabava... Hats Off...

You are just bluffing and I know it with my experience from the last 6 months.
its a fraud company.they take registration money from candidates who are seeking for job. after that they will call you for interview and again the interviewer will ask for online resume format... and the candidate has purchase the format indirectly form them for a huge cost... beware of investing your hard earned money...

Absolutely correct. After I did registration 5 months back they are still sending me emails for opening rather setting interview call, ridiculous and the HR Manager is a lier.

My personal experience is wonderful with Zabava Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. Got placed as Sr Manager at CIS Group
I got registered almost 2 months ago and they promised to arrange for 12 interviews, but till now only they have arranged for only two companies and also one of them does not have any website. They also don't receive calls. It is a fake company I guess.

I am very happy with my candidatureship in zabava . Firstly they kept on following up with me from the login process to alerting me about every interview, and then giving me proper suggestions and improvements . Now i am already working in a company for the last two months .

Fraud agency. I have been registered on 25.01.19 in zabava by Pompa Ghosh . I was called for interview stating that several companies have shortlisted my cv, get registered paying Rs. 5310 thru Pompa Ghosh who told that every week one interview will be arranged.But still no interview is arranged. Now, they are not picking up my calls and not replying mails.

Agree with you. New job aspirants, please be careful as they will siphon off your hard earned money. I had registered with them 6 months back in November, 2018, thereafter they have sent me to all the incorrect prospects even being a senior person. They do not have any client base, forget about MNC. Be careful. Be careful. My suggestion - just don't visit them as you will get into a trap.

I absolutely disagree with you Mr.Majumdar. Zabava never cheats with anybody.Have you ever checked your log in portal?if somehow one has not attended your phone, you should check ur log in portal where jobs matching your profile are posted to choose which one you can attend. Do not advertise or publish wrong information.
Their phones not working, phone calls are never picked. Their offers seem to be fake. Stay Away!

They are sharks, out to cheat people. They took Rs7, 500/- through Anisha who spoke very highly about their network and track record. I was asked to go to 2 of their clients. One of them asked for a Digitised Career Report for which Zabava took another Rs7, 500/-. No one takes my calls and I heard that Anisha has left. After all this, end result is a big zero. Stay away from these rogues!

They took Rs 22, 000/- from me for job alert subscription and prepare my DIR. and finally got the job throgh Zabava. Thans to their entire team.

After registration for the first few weeks the service received was bad as i couldnt get through with thr Hr, but after visiting their office and speaking to the director, proper assistance was provided and within 3 week i got placed in a manufacturing company as maintenance coordinator

Anirudh Biswas, I am sure you are associated with this org somehow so so you are advertising positively. i am a senior person, both Ms.Sukriti and Ms.Pompa are aware and know my name very well. This is a fake Job Consultancy firm. Please do not vouch.
This company is a fraud. Ms Sukriti contacted me and called me up for 2 interviews. They are so cunning that they ask new reports every time like Digital Career Report, High Risk Profile Report and Video questionnaire. Each time they charged me huge amount of money and I think Zabava themselves set their own employees and conduct a fake interview. Those who are giving positive reviews for Zabava work in their organisation. They never receive calls and it's high time to file a case against this fake organisation. I have almost made a payment of more than Rs 20, 000/-. Please be careful and do not register in this firm. I will take a strong action against them. Playing with people's emotion is not a joke and after texting them strong messages, they still have the audacity to call and ask me to come for another fake interview for a company which doesn't even exist.
correct they are fraud company they milked 29870.00 from me also . now not even their site is opening up . so instead of writing remarks on this site lets join and file a case against them and lets get back our hard earned money .

Zavaba Consultancy is fake company. They even do not show any sign board outside of their office. I registered myself on 17/06/2019 through debit card. Till now I got only 2 interviews call via Ms. Sukrit. Both the companies are fake companies. They actually do not have any contact with any corporate houses, they just sits and cheats people. I already taking necessary legal steps against them. All people should take legal steps against them. Their receipt and charge slip shows different address of the company.
