Zansaar — Refund of product pending since 3 months

I have placed an order for XioLife steam mop worth Rs 3999 on zansaar.com on Jan 30, 2017. As the price was less compared to other sites, i was tempted to place the order. After few days I got a call from the customer care saying that the product is not in stock and the amount will be refunded. No refund has been done till now. It is pending since 3 months. The customer care is also very pathetic, no one answers the call and sometimes disconnect the call. I have also mailed my bank details to their customer care email address. There was no acknowledgment for the same and no one even replies to any email.

I am being succumbed to mental pressure due to this and i highly regret for placing an order on this site. It is better to spend more money and place order on other sites instead. Request you to please refund my money ASAP.
