Zara — My amount got deducted from my account but payment doesn't succeed | |||
I have ordered from zara and the amount ha beend deducted from my account using citrus webpage but the payment has not been suceeded and amount of rs 9350 is not returned back Was this information helpful? | |||

Oct 07, 2021 Updated by Priyanka Digani placed an order on zara india app on 6th october, 2021 of INR 9350 and made the payment through Upi - Google pay . Zara had used the citrus payment gateway. The money got debited from my bank immediately but zara cancelled the order stating they dint receive the money. I have not been sent any refund. Bank says the money is successfully credited to Citrus soln.Kindly help as soon as possible.  | |||

Also, i have registered my complaint since morning and no action has been taken till now.
