Zara — Return request pickup is still delayed

I purchase 2 items on ZARA with an Order No. [protected] on 17 January 2022 and it was delivered on 27 January 2022 but due to size issue, I made a return request for Reference no. 4365/390 on 28 January 2022 and the Return request was accepted with an confirmation email from Zara that A courier will collect the order within 24-48 hours. But it has been 13 Days still there is no Return courier pickup neither the Delhivery courier has received any Return pickup request in their system. Regarding the Return issue I had chat on zara app customer help team for more than 10 times, even tried to get help from their twitter and fb Zara care team but still they would mention with same procedure over and over again that it will be pickup with 24-48 hours or even said after 5 days. I follow all their norms patiently and waited for the Courier pickup but it never happen. Only few days are left for return policy day's to get over. But still from their side there is no courier pickup. It's is so frustrating 🤯 😤 and nerve wrecking with zara return request. Why they can't make easy like other E-commerce online shopping. Zara customer team is of no use. ZARA INDIA PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES ASAP.
