I have ordered one pink colour embroidered kurti with plazzo worth rs1600 from zareen nx which they have posted in fb i have confirmed with them that if i will facing any issue then they will return it or not they confirm me by saying yes it will return and u will get ur refund my struggle started when i got the parcel they send it via bluedart after revving i find the quality of the product is very poor it's look like a used one as well as size is so big i ordered small size but they send xxl i ping that girl she told her name sangeeta but she left that group i m not able to mssg her anymore i called her in mssgr also but she didn't pick the contact no on the parcel pkt is also invalid. These people are fraud. I ordered a dress through Facebook and they said if you don't like we will refund. Now these guys have left the group chat and the number on the parcel is invalid. The dress is of very poor quality and not even the same piece that I ordered. Now I am stuck with this dress and the money is gone.

same here . the experience is very bad. the product shown and delivered there is a vast difference. utter looters. they should be banned from selling their products online.
