I have ordered a kurta palazzo from zareen nx, rs 1795. Before buying i asked about the refund policy, he said, 7 days refund policy. Than i ordered the dress, it came via bluedart services. When i opened the packet, the material was pathetic, it was cheap. I called him to return the same. He agreed, but now after 5 days he is not picking the call. I have following no.
