Zeb It Services Pvt Ltd — non deposit of the amount in wallet

I have deposited the amount of rs 5000 in zeb it services pvt ltd account.
But they replied that i have put the wrong reference id number (Which i dont think is wrong).
After raising several tickets, i havent got any reply.

They just told me that "we are unable to find your order number"

Even i have emailed the company director with details, but no reply.
I will provide all the screenshot from bank to zabpay app.

I want my money back on urgent basis.
Or i will post this on facebook.

Very poor support team.
