[Resolved] Zebpay — about withdrawal of money into the bank account | |||
I requested for the withdrawal of my zebpay wallet money into my bank account. They have promised that it will take upto 1 business day but its 6 complete days but no money is received in the bank account. Even i have called them about 10 times but no action is taken. Everyday they only say that we are processing your amount but they do nothing. They keep me waiting on the call and no action is taken yet. I am attaching the confirmation page of amount that was to be withdrawn and also my bank account statement in which no money is credited from zebpay. Kindly look at the issue and resolve it soon. Also the problem is same with me they are saying daily that we are processing your withdrawal order but they do nothing . Already 5 tickets submitted with bank statement but they are not replying and they r not doing anything.
