Zebpay — deposited amount not credited to my zebpay wallet

I have deposited rs.49900 through the express transfer on the day 13th dec 2017. But, still the payment is not reflected on my zebpay account is very annoying me and making me lots of stress. I also raised tickets (#631931, #719435, #683842) regards the same earlier. Zebpay responded that the payment was declined. After immediate, i have raised questions on my account holding bank. They clearly says that money has been credited to zebpay account on 15th dec 2017, and the transaction was successful. After that i have raised a ticket regard the same and uploaded the axis bank statement proof and beneficiary added to my axis bank proof. Still i didn't received my money.

Still, I didn't get any solution for this ticket. Every day I called to customer support, they simply said your request is processing. I dont know still how many days they are working

Still I didnt get any response from zebpay. Every day they are requested to wait 24 to 48 hours. Let me know how can I move forward next step?
