Zebpay — Funds not deposit into my zebpay wallet | |||
Its almost 10 days I made 2 transaction from zebpay to my paytm bank account and I don't received money from zebpay to my bank and zebpay say its deposit into your bank account but its not deposit into my bank I share bank account statement and email from my bank that funds is not come into my bank account. So now I don't understand where is my 3lakh 90 thousand rupees .I think you know about it when any person withdraw any funds he or she gets 2 emails from zebpay 1st is for initiated and 2nd is for successful but in this case I get only 1 mail from zebpay that is only initiated but not received any mail from zebpay about successful funds transfer. I m literary too much frustrated from zebpay . first transaction of 200000 Indian Rupees on 4th Aug evening 6pm second transaction of 190000 Indian Rupees on 5th Aug morning 8.30am I have bank Reverse payment UTR no and all I shear bank statement from starting to end and shear messages of paytm bank also that payment is failed due to credit limit is over. zebpay take all information when I raised ticket but in starting they close my ticket every time and respond me "we are working on it please wait " almost 10 times they say same things and till now they say same thing and now from last 3 days they stop reply on my ticket and ticket is still open but no response come from zebpay. I attached some pics related to my bank .The zebpay mark as paid in transaction history but nothing is come. I have lots of other proves also but i cant shear that due to my privacy .
