Zebpay — gnt not credited to my zebpay wallet | |
I deposited 1361.82 GNT from binance to my GNT zebpay wallet. The trx is completed on binance and the status is success on etherscan, yet even after 6 hours, the tokens are not credited to my wallet. I raised a ticket but got no reply as yet. Txn id: 0x01190e56972bb21222ff1ca0d747cd273e4eb9dc9ea530759d955f609727bace I have recently started using zebpay and in the my last 5 txns, I have faced this issue twice. Pathetic!! Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 26, 2018 Updated by Anant Singh (IBPS SUCCESS POINT) More proofs that the transaction is successful. Yet my account is not credited even after 21 hours.  | |

Team - Zebpay has auto debited the amount from my wallet on 05th September 2018. However, the amount is not credited to my account - My phone no is [protected]. They are ready to answer on the open ticket created on android app.
