Zebpay — not getting any response and support

I forgot my pin on 5dec 2017 so i was asked to reset my pin for which they had to send me a message with the link which they had to send after 24hours. I have got no message from the day and i tried to contact support customer care got no reply mailed them every day got no response just a automated reply. Now i just want to get my money in zebpay wallet back but don't know how would i. Tried everything their ticket system raised tickets when called them call disconnected and one time they just cut off the call saying there is no officer free to talk to. Please see to it.

Hi
unfortunately i sent 22500 to the previous zebpay account (HDFC Bank)

As that account was already added in beneficiary in my bank. and i havent checked the new policies and new account in the app.

please get my money added in here or refund it
