Zebpay — Transferred crypto from Zebpay wallet to a whitelisted wallet not credited yet | |
I made tron withdrawal of 27335 trons to an already whitelisted address on Zebpay but the trons are not recieved yet at that address and in history it is showing "ERROR". Kindly resolve this ASAP. Attached screenshots please find.

Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 25, 2021 Updated by Yudhi0210 Very poor customer support.I made crypto withdrawal to an already whitelisted address on Zebpay but the crypto is not recieved yet at that address and in history it is showing "ERROR". I raised a ticket, it's been more than 24 hours the issue is not resolved yet. Knowing that cryptos are very volatile and this missing transaction can cause me high loss, I'm repeatedly requesting CS to resolve this but everytime they are replying me to wait. Isn't this priority? Knowing crypto volatility.   | |
