Zebpay — Transferred crypto from Zebpay wallet to other wallet still not credited yet

I made tron withdrawal of 17806.96 trons to an already whitelisted address on Zebpay but the trons are not recieved yet at that address and there is no transaction number either to track transfer. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Attached screenshots please find.
