Zebpay — withdrawal not received into my account

I have mailed to you a dozen a times for my withdrawal amount not credit into my account but i am not getting the matter where is my withdrawal

16 days completed but no money is received in the bank account.

The matter is pending with zebpay not giving me a positive response and a proper reply.
Still waiting for my payment...

I have not received my Withdrawal amount even after 6 days, i have called to customer care many times and they are giving me false dates again and again.

I made a withdrawal of Rs 8000 on 31st December 2017 through my Zebpay account, it's been 5 days already but I haven't received the amount in my bank account. This is hugely disappointing and annoying. I have called the customer care around 10 times and raised around 5-6 tickets but these people keep on saying that the amount will be credited today or tomorrow but that today or tomorrow never came till now. These people seem to be fraudulent. Please help me. My contact number is [protected].
