Zebpay — withdrawal request - w594726

I have raised the amount withdrawal request on 7th dec 2017 on zebpay mobile app to my registered bank account with zebpay. However, its been more than 6 days now and amount not deposited to my bank account yet. I have raised multiple tickets on app as well as on their website, however no reply has been received yet. Customer care is also not so responsive and keep delaying the matter.
Please take some action...

#W686393 withdraw done on 14th still no update .
Repeated complaint but none being seen.
I have created tickets sent mail . Tried everything at last they said they have transferred money in my account but I don't get it. Please take some action.
