Zebpay Zeb It Services Private Limited — holding my funds hostage since last 7 days. no response from the company | |||||
I have done a transaction with them and withdrawn money from my zebpay wallet. I mistakenly entered wrong account number with them, so the fund transfer did not go through. They are doing kyc just for formality, they took a blank cheque for my bank account details and did not verify the details. I have sent the request for changing account details multiple times, called their customer support multiple times. All i get is please wait for 24 - 48 hours. My funds are stuck with them for the last 7 days due to that. Now, today they are saying that all the details have been corrected by their kyc team and account department will be processing the request. It will take another 48 hours to refund the amount. They are not giving any explanation for holding the funds. Just saying to wait for another 48 hours. Right now, as you may know, the crypto market is very volatile. Who is to say that they haven't invested my money and if the market goes down, my money or other people's money will just disappear. Please take a look into this matter.
