I have made payment of rs 99 through paytm on 2 jan 2019, money has been deducted from my account but subscription is not given also I have not received any cashback as per the offer. I’ve paid an amount of 499 for Telugu pack for one year! It’s been more than a week, yet it’s not activated!! Hope you look into this as soon possible!! When I’m again trying to pay it’s displaying as the following image

Please telecast Jodha Akbar serial during night timings, as it is difficult to watch in the evening, my only favourite serial on TV at present
