I have made payment of rs 99 through paytm on 2 jan 2019, money has been deducted from my account but subscription is not given also I have not received any cashback as per the offer.
Zee order no is:

I have also attached the screenshot of paytm account statement

I’ve paid an amount of 499 for Telugu pack for one year! It’s been more than a week, yet it’s not activated!! Hope you look into this as soon possible!! When I’m again trying to pay it’s displaying as the following image
