[Resolved] Zee Tv — payment made but didn't receive subscription

I have made payment of rs 99 through paytm on 2 jan 2019, money has been deducted from my account but subscription is not given also I have not received any cashback as per the offer.
Zee order no is:

I have also attached the screenshot of paytm account statement

after one day they automatically provided me with the subscription
