Zee Tv — refund 999 inr... payment was deducted on 20 th april but yet not activated services.. | |||
I have paid an amount of 999 on 20 th april for the 1year subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through bank and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through zee 5. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show... Yet not activated last 5 days ago... I send 5 mails to zee5 support team but no response... Only they created ticket no 351895 again 2nd ticket no 352421. I have raised complaint in the app as well posted on play store bad review. Worst services.. But there was no response. Tushar. [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
