Zee Tv — unable to login in my lg tv

If such problem arise why should i use zee5
I have already logged in my tv by authentication code after watching zee5 for two months now it says register ur device (We dont have such problem with other app) no option of log in.. The app directly takes u to the window when i try to watch premium content..
