Zee5 — duplication of subscription | |||||
On 22july 2018: i want to get the subscription for one year and while doing so its got failed and the same mobile number was not working when i retried the same again. Thus, instantly as it was got failed the subscription, i did my subscription for one year (By paying 499/- by paytm) through logging in by my alternate mobile number '+91-[protected]' immediately. But after one day (I. E on 23 july 2018) zee5 team came up with the subscription recharging saying that due to some technical error that got failed and now we solved it and your subscription has done and valid for one year from now (I. E. 23 july 2018). Whereas i dont really need this subscription once again as duplication. So requested them to cancel this subscription and refund the amount to my original payment mode asap. But so far they only created the ticket (Ticket no. 84518) and asked for uid and transaction details, after providing the same from my end i dont see any progress towards resolution and closing the ticket. I subscribe the zee 5 app and vidros and movie not play

I paid for premium subscription through paytm this morning. I have taken 99 rs plan which is of 2 months duration. Payment was successful still m unable to access the premium shows on zee5 app. Look after it immediately.

I've paid the ₹99 two months subscription amount. And yet the application is giving me no premium service. Please look into it. Or give me my money back.

I paid ninety-nine rupees for subscribing to All Access Pack on ZEE5. ninety-nine rupees is debited my account but subscription did not complete.
