Zee5 — my subscription is not getting active

Zee 5 it’s been on 4 jan 2019, i have paid of subscription amount for 1 year through i tune, i have also shared the screen shot of my payment to costumercare with ticket number 213503 but after consistently mailing them there is no way the coatumercare official are helping me in any regards to get my subscription active on my i’d. Pls help me to resolve this issue
