Subscription Plan-Premium Date of the Payment-18.02.2021 Amount paid-49/- Mode of Payment-UPI Phone Pe Transaction ID-T2102182209579580509187 I have provided Bank Statement, Transaction details with screen shot, Phone Pe UPI Payment Screen shot, ATM Card number the ZEE5 CustomerCare but they are telling that they are unable to trace the transaction without proper enquiry. Please either refund my money otherwise activate subscription pack.
