I have installed zee5 app for monthly subscription and used the services for a month. I have cancelled my subscription right after a month however they are charging me the amount every month without using the services. I have tried everything possible but their merchant have been charging me the said amount every month. I have sent multiple emails & contacted Zee5 customer services as well but no positive response from their end. I have been getting responses in order to cancel subscription which does not support on the Zee5 app. Request you to please help as the amount charged is unethical way. Before expiry of free trial I paid inr 99 for monthly subscription, but they still charged my credit card with inr 499.
My monthly plan of 99 is active and I am charged for additional amount of rs 499 unethically
