Zee5 — user[protected] subscription rs. 99 not reflecting in app

I have paid Rs. 99 for 1 month subscription to Zee5 through app on 24 March 2020. By Paytm with their reference as per screen shot attached.but the account still shows No Subscription.
I have raised complaint to Zee5 but they have not resolved nor sent message of acknowledgment or initiating remedial action.
Please register my consumer complaint and let me have an update on the action initiated.

I choose plan of 99 rs and paid through paytm i recieved notification of payment successful my money was deducted bt still my subscription is not active and in app it shows no active plans in my subscription and app also works slow pls put on my subscription or pay me refund

I paid ₹99 for 1 month premium subscription of Zee5 but in my Zee5 account it is not showing any payment history and transactions neither the subscription is acivated. I made the payment through Paytm Wallet.
