Zeeper — e shopping cheat

I ordered shoes from an online company named zeepershop.com on 7 sep, 2019. The site asked me for pre payment and i did it. I received a confirmation mail regarding my order and was informed that i'll get my order within 10 to 12 days but it's been more and i haven't received my order. I tried to contact the company through the provided mail i'd but no response was given.
I even sent a message to the online forum through their client message box but even that didn't turned useful.

Recently came across this site on Facebook which was offering discounts on their product.
The name of the site is 'Zeeper Shop'

So ordered 2 shoe's from their website on 19th September.
As there was no Cash on delivery option so then had no choice but to pay online.
So i paid 498 via Paytm.
I got all the confirmation & was told the delivery would take place within 5-7 days and now it is more then the time allotted.
And i even tried to contact them via email for about 3-4 times but still i got no response.
Please help.

Good morning, I bought a shoe on 19 Sep 19 and was directed to pay online and since there was no cash on delivery option, I paid with my SBI account. I received a message to receive the item 7-14 days time. Its been 18days now and I don't know when is my item coming. My Tracking number is 1246499. I tried to track the email that was send to me but its not working. I paid 511rp for the item which was But 1 get one extra.
