I ordered shoes from an online company named zeepershop.com on 8 sep, 2019. The site asked me for pre payment and i did it. I received a confirmation mail regarding my order and was informed that i'll get my order within 10 to 12 days but it's been more and i haven't received my order. I tried to contact the company through the provided mail i'd but no response was given.
I even sent a message to the online forum through their client message box but even that didn't turned useful. I want mumbai police to look after it.
