Ordered a sofa. Till next 15dates no one contacted (No mail call or sms). The whatsapp number to connect to helpline is useless. They say they will call back in 2 hrs but they don’t even after 2 weeks. The helpline folks are arrogant, clueless about order tracking and confidently say “we don’t have further details and cannot promise a delivery date”. I was forced to cancel the order after finally i managed to talk to them over phone 10days after the scheduled delivery date that i was told over mail when i had placed order. To my question on reason for delay, they said manufacturer and logistics vendor is closed indefinitely. If that’s the case they should have the courtesy of letting the customer know proactively, right? Would recommend you to avoid this unprofessional company and rather go for more professional ones and buy new stuff with little extra money.
