I ordered VU 40" full hd led tv from Gozefo and delivered faulty tv as tv bazels are loose.
After complaint they asked either to go for replacement or refund.
I opt for replacement and ordered LG 32" hd ready tv.
When I got delivery same day within hour I've send message to their Mumbai branch contact person Mr. Gurushant and ask for technician to check the tv. As there is yellow tint in fresh Unboxed tv.
After complaint no response from mumbai branch and no response from Bangalore office either.
And when i asked for clearification only got formal sorry mail from mumbai branch.
And when technician visited at my place he agreed that yellow tint is there and as soon as he connect with Mr. Gurushant he changed his words and said tv is fine but customer still complaint.
And again Gozefo forced to take refund and not ready to resolve the issue.
As I never asked to refund all I wanted is good tv product from Gozefo.
And on 4th Jan 2018 evening when I contact customer care for resolution then Mr. Jeffrey ( executive) was on line said there is no technical issue on tv and if I want to fight in court I can do it.
As they have enough evidence of tv that it not faulty
Now I am looking help from consumer forum to help me into this. Was this information helpful? |
