I had purchased an led from "zefo". At the time of buying they made an invoice with my personal name, but i wanted to purchase this for my hotel, so i wanted the billing details with my company name and my gst details on it so i asked them to change the invoice with my company name and they promised me that after delivery and paying the full payment they will create the final billing with my company name and gst details. But after paying the full amount of 29999 and then contacting them they refused to create the new invoice moreover they didn't provide any service for the led. I have got all the proofs for the support of my complaint i. E. All the recorded conversations and complaints about service.
