[Resolved] Zefo — zefo-installation and delivery and no installation, horrible experience | |||
My order id: 323435 I have placed my order on 28th august, 2020. The order consists of following items: 1. Sofa set 2. Queen size bed 3. Dining set 4. Queen size mattress 3 items (Except sofa set) got delivered to us on 29th august. But after that no update about installation and delivery of sofa. Customer care number of no use, no one picks and it says to send mail to [protected]@gozefo.com. There is one whatsapp number ([protected]) but no one bothers to reply there. I have sent multiple emails on the [protected]@gozefo.com. Getting same reply according to their mood - "we have raised this concern to our team". No proper update to customer through mobile or email. In my billing invoice/order details, its mentioned everything (Delivery+installation) for all orders happens before 3rd september. Sep 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally it is resolved after lot of follow up in twitter and linkedin Zefo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
