Purchased zen U506 Pro
On 01/04/2017 after 1 year it had software issue it was resolved @ ur service centre microzone kadapakada kollam kerala. After 2 weeks the same problem started again it was resolved @ same service centre. Again same problem started today.The phone stopped working and all the operation are standstill. i have spent rs. 300 to your service centre. Just immediately after warranty period the phone has started giving the troubles and a lot of important matters are in the phone which i'm not able to access.
