Dear Sir I puchased one piece of ZEN mobile set model Zen ultrafone 502 on date 24/01/2014 from shop name Yash STD Khalbujurg Khargone .Its IMEI : [protected] and other IMEI : [protected]. As per bill detail one year manufacture warranty.After three month mobile is not working and stop booting on ZEN.I am submit my mobile to yash shop for repairing .Yash shop is submit to Shree maruti trading company Dhamnod dist Dhar M.P (dealer contact no. [protected]).Dealer and dealer is submitted to this mobile on ZEN service centre.ZEN job sheet no. is ZMASPMP016J3462 address is Khargone ASC Code is ZMASPMP016 .After 15 days dealer informed me that my mobile is not repaired and after some days he return my mobile.When i received my mobile it is not switched ON now.I am personaly go to Indore Zen service center and talk to my mobile repairing .ZEN service center person check my mobile and says that its motherboard is damage and informed me that he is repair on paid basis.I informed that my mobile is under warranty.he says that i repair this mobile only paid basis. Dealer says that you complain on zen i can do any thing.Shop Yash support me that i complain to ZEN mobile and he is acknowledge all event and witness of my all event.
