We are rented flat in sri sai nilaya, 101 near someshwar layout, bileklai, bangalore agreement is for 11months of rent-12000 and deposit-48000 with zenify company and representative borja-[protected], there was no proper amenities when we enter the house so suddenly the owner has changed now after 6months so zenify company forcibly evacuated us without proper notice or communication also owner has entered house and spoke rudely claiming we should evacuate immediate.

We have evacuated house by 19th may 2018 also there are not bounding the terms and policy still now we have got 24000 amount remaining amount they have charged for 17445 expenses including painting and deep cleaning we have not stayed for 11months but they have charged for us 12500 painting etc this is totally against consumer rights i think they have looting the money without proper notification i need govt to interfere and help us we have came to bangalore to work and look after family from hubli in bangalore their is money laundering not only in internet or money extortion also in real estate company like zenify we want strict action and justice for us and want our refund amount asap.
