Zenify — harassment by not releasing security amount

I took a flat on rent from a company called zenify.in. The rent was 18.5k and the deposit was 75k. I stayed in the flat from february till june this year. I was supposed to get the security money back on the move out date - 30 june. Instead, on saturday july 1st, i was given a quote for repairs of 20, 000. The quote was fake as the items mentioned were alright and there wasn't anything to be fixed. After checking online, i found out that zenify does the same thing with all their customers. Whenever a tenant moves out, zenify makes a fake bill of a large amount and deducts it from the tenant. They say it's all justified because it's in their rules. I don't mind paying for repairs but the bill itself is fake.

After calling multiple calls to them they reduced the amount by 5000 only. They paid only 19500 as refund (Out of 56, 500) and said majority amount is paid.

After literally begging them on the phone and emails, they agreed to release 21, 000 more last week. However, that amount is yet to be credited. Suddenly, they called me again today saying final inspection is pending after which they'll deduct repair costs and then release amount.

I'm being harassed by this so called company that has grabbed 36, 500 from me and building constant excuses for not paying the remaining amount.
I have photographs of the flat proving there was no damage and i was being given fake repair bills. I hardly stayed at their apartment for three months.
