We rented a 3BHK flat from zenify in January 2016 and paid a security deposit of 117500 rupees.
Suddenly the owner asked us to vacate the flat by giving a notice of 30 days without any reason. We have vacated the flat on 19th June and still zenify hasn't refunded us our security deposit. They are deducting like 40k-50k as repairing charges by providing fake bills when no damage was done to the house. We are constantly calling zenify and they are not ready to remove any charges. Even the owner is behaving very rudely and not ready to talk about anything. Was this information helpful? | 
I have logged grievance inform them about it, after that they increase 7k only but still they have deducted huge amount.
