My name is abhina. I had booked an apartment on zenify website on 26th november 2017 sunday - 403, shree gokulam residency, btm layout.

I have not moved into the booked property and no representative guided me for the visit as i visited the property before taking the token. The token was taken on 26th november and the amount was said to be refundable.in my dashboard i can see the status as refund completed but i have not received any refund till date. I had cancelled the apartment booking on 4th december monday.

When i called customer care service on monday (4th december), a representative told me that refund would be processed within one week. And now they are denying the refund claims saying according to company policy the amount is not refundable, and are not ready to refund my token money of rs. 10000. I have been calling the customer care service for the past three weeks. And the response has been very poor.

Kindly look into the issue.

I was dealing with zenify agents : Jyosna, Ramesh, Shashank, Rupini, Sayyed. During the initial visit of the flat zenify informed me that the house will be cleaned and fully painted (No Patch work) while handover. Now most of the locks in house are broken, ceiling and balcony are not painted. I asked zenify that either paint the house fully or renegotiate rent and deposit. They say sir we can't renegotiate, either you take the property or cancel the booking. We can't refund the booking amount. If they are not delivering the house on promised condition then why should I stay in the property or loose my booking money for their fault. I want them I cancel the booking from their end And refund the money.
