I was dealing with zenify agents : Jyosna, Ramesh, Shashank, Rupini, Sayyed. During the initial visit of the flat zenify informed me that the house will be cleaned and fully painted (No Patch work) while handover. Now most of the locks in house are broken, ceiling and balcony are not painted. I asked zenify that either paint the house fully or renegotiate rent and deposit. They say sir we can't renegotiate, either you take the property or cancel the booking. We can't refund the booking amount. If they are not delivering the house on promised condition then why should I stay in the property or loose my booking money for their fault. I want them I cancel the booking from their end And refund the money.
