Zenith Birla India Ltd — Money not paid | |||
My fixed deposit no: 56120 for rs 1 lakh is due for repayment on 25.11.2013. This has not been paid till date even though 4 years have passed. Anytime i enquire, i get stock reply that it will be repaid in 2-3 months. Today when contacted on phone no [protected] (Is it vimal dube) i was told that if i agree, only 60% of the money will be paid and balance money has to be forfieted by me, besides interest for 4 years. Otherwise i have to wait till court case is settled which may take another 5 years. The industrialists intentionally go to court so that they can delay payment. It is a case of cheating by white collar criminals who start companies and make money by cheating than earning from doing business. Yasowardhan birla should sell the assets and repay depositors. There is no control by govt organisations like sebi, rbi, bse/nse in such matters and companies take undue advantage to cheat public.
