I have received OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Standing Paper Towel Holder in damages condition. Kindly note that the packing was good and the damage could not have been caused because of transportation/shipping. It seems that the order was delivered without checking/intentionally done. It is very disappointing since i am a recurring customer and did not expect this from a reputed source such as you. I would like to get the money credited/refunded.
