We have taken a zepo courier professional 5 year plan on march 27th, 2018, for few months they provided a good service, later we started facing many overweight issue and delaying in receiving cash on delivery remittance.
Now they are not remitting the cash on delivery amount and other billing remittance amount they have made it cleared in the dashboard without transferring the amount to our account, the total value of cod is Rs.23540 and security deposit Rs.2000 and some refund need to given for the over weight issue approx value of Rs.5550.we tried contacting them continuously but they are not solving the issue, even the CEO and head of the department is not responding to our call and emails.now we stopped using their service because of poor service from zepo couriers, we need the refund of the initial amount we have paid them for the service Rs.24000+Gst since our plan validity is till march 2023. we hope you will take steps to solve our issue and get us the refund as soon as possible.
